Do I need to fill out paperwork before my first visit?
We'll send your new patient forms ahead of time so you can complete them at your convenience. Arriving with your forms already filled out helps us get you into the chair faster.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card if applicable, and a list of any current medications or known allergies. If you have recent X-rays or records from a previous dentist, those are helpful to have as well.
How long will my first appointment take?
Most first visits run between sixty and ninety minutes, depending on your oral health history and whether a cleaning is included. We'll give you a heads-up on timing when you schedule so you can plan accordingly.
